another bathroom story

now i have some funny stories to tell you....well at least one ayway....so tonight i was taking a shower (nothing too rare, but it was kinda funny). well as i was wetting my hair, i look across the bathroom and theres a stream of water coming out of the wall. now there were two open pipes in the wall but they never sprouted water before so this was rather puzzling to me. i turned off the shower and the water stopped. so me, being the wonderful engineer that i am (and still horrible at english if you cant tell) got a bucket to catch the water...ingenious right? wrong...i went and turned the water back on and thought everything was okay...until the fountain didn't hit the bucket....it passed the bucket. by this point in time my bathroom was flooded anyway (thank god for cement buildings....) so i kept on cleansing myself because i could always mop the floor...but mopping your body clean is much harder....so then i when i finished bathing, and the bathroom was good and clean too i went and found the lady i live with bc a man came to fix the shower this morning (yes it was worse tonight than when he came). She didn't belive me 'that the water could come out the wall but i showed her and laughed....she was very upset and went to go find her reading glasses...these are important when trying to find the phone number of the dumb carpenter (why a carpenter was fixing the shower i will never know...but hey, i live in uganda) and yell at him and tell him he had to be here first thing...but then my engineering degree really came into play....i realized the hole in the wall was for a non-existant water heater (non-existant bc theres no power to plug it into so they haven't bought one yet -- once again i live in uganda)...so i then went and found out that someone opened the hot water tap for the shower....ding ding ding...i tightened it (to turn it off) and the fountain turned off....at least i now have a neat party trick if i want to scare someone attacking me in my bathroom...a built in water gun...hahaha
