Amazing...

so life has been good in this part of the world...i can't really complain about how things have been going...

so to start off with, i want to say thank you to all of you that have supported my school infrastructure project. you're support and help has already made a huge impact in bududa. A project update for you all: we have organized the people and on monday we are beginning the construction. our team is so enthusiastic that they are saying that they want to finish in 3 weeks. I think that goal is a bit of a rush but we'll see if its possible. i'm doubtful since its the rainy season and cement takes forever to dry right now...but if they keep that excitement up i'm happy. we are working on both projects simultaneously though. i have one manager for the fencing project and another for construction. we are a good team and i think things will run as smoothly as possible in this setting. i will post pictures of the project as soon as i can.

my other projects are going well too. I am starting to back away from the vocational school because i am very busy, but i am doing some accounting training for our bursar and staff so that we can keep our finances in order. at the college i am still teaching math, but have scaled that back due to the other project as well. i have been continuing with the math team and although our numbers are low for practice the students that do show are very enthusiastic. we have a new principal at the college and he is very supportive of the venture too. he has been encouraging the students to take pride int heir abilities and to work hard for the math competition. this has really motivated them since they know there is support from administration for their work.

everything else here in uganda is good. my current events are not so current so don't ask me what's going on back home (i'm still in june in my reading but i've made it that far). well i am going to let you all go now. thanks again for your support and i hope to see you all in a few months.

love you all! :)
