back and in the swing of things (almost)

so I'm back in Uganda and things are okay. I haven't done anything really, but its been okay. The project has been slow to take off again since we stopped work when I left. We are hoping to get started again, but as with eveything else in uganda, we have hit some bumps in the road. We had a meeting yesterday to try to figure out our way forward, and we have decided to take a new estimate and make a new budget for what still needs to be done. Inflation has been bad lately and the cost of things has increased tremendously. We will finish the project, however it might not be as exceptional as previously thought. The community said that we can skip painting the rooms to save some money, for example. Well I just wanted to say hello. Feel free to send me an email!
